Founder
Jen Kim. Built for this, by life.
Jen grew up inside her family's airport and restaurant hospitality businesses, absorbing operations, management, strategy, and the regulated complexity of airport spaces before she ever had a title.
She served in the military until 2019, where an injury began a years long recovery journey for both mind and body. A lifelong athlete and avid runner, the care of body and mind became the organizing principle of her life, especially when it came to travel.
The idea for Elevate came on a 15 hour flight to South Korea, in excruciating back pain, with nowhere in the terminal to stretch or roll out. As a consultant flying every week, she watched her daily routines collapse under travel, and realized millions of others were quietly doing the same.
Elevate is what she wishes had existed at every gate she has ever walked through.
